New found beachwood paintings

Road Rash Documentary

Late friday afternoon a friend and I were driving his dirtbike to the local chicken shack in Cabarete. While going around 45mph our front tire blew out. We lost control and skidded out, luckily not hitting anything but the rough pavement. We sustained no broken bones but we did we some pretty bad road rash.
I've always been interested in the healing process of the human body, (especially after I broke my back!) so I saw this as a perfect opportunity for an injury recovery documentary.

... don't worry mom, I'm okay!

Heres a sip...

New Paintings

I have been living in the Dominican Republic for the last 4 months, surfing, getting inspired and being embraced by the local style of paint and color. All of the paintings are made of found beach wood and painted with silkscreen ink due to limited supplies in the country.
